<Poem>

<Translation>
In Kingdom of Heaven the autumn draws near,
The moonlight shedding on the earth how clear.
The Toad into the crystal waters bounds,
The elixir vitae the Hare fore'er pounds.
Yet only sorrows to my heart you bring,
And on my grey hair lay a silvery ring.
As shields and spears are all o'er the great land,
Shine not, pray, on the camps at the western end!
